Please read carefully before booking. By booking a trip with Strangers Ride, you agree to these terms. Contact us on WhatsApp if you have any questions.
1. Booking & Advance Payment
- A non-refundable advance (amount specified per trip) is required to confirm your seat.
- Full payment must be made before or on departure day as communicated by our team.
- Your seat is confirmed only after advance payment and confirmation message from us.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- If you cancel more than 7 days before departure: Remaining balance (beyond advance) will be refunded or adjusted for a future trip.
- If you cancel less than 7 days before departure: No refund on any payment made.
- If Strangers Ride cancels a trip due to unavoidable circumstances: Full amount including advance will be refunded or fully adjusted for next available trip.
3. Trip Participation
- Participants must be in good physical health suitable for the trip activities.
- Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at time of booking.
- Strangers Ride reserves the right to deny participation if a traveler is deemed unfit for a specific activity.
- Participants must follow the trip leader's instructions at all times for safety and group harmony.
4. Conduct Policy
- Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited on all Strangers Ride trips unless explicitly permitted.
- Disruptive, disrespectful or unsafe behavior will result in removal from the trip without refund.
- All travelers are expected to respect local customs, religious sites and co-travelers.
5. Itinerary Changes
Strangers Ride reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, government restrictions or force majeure. Alternate arrangements of equivalent value will be made. No refund is provided for itinerary modifications outside our control.
6. Liability
Strangers Ride acts as a travel organizer. We are not liable for personal injury, loss of property, delays or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control (weather, natural disasters, civil disturbances, vehicle breakdowns). Travelers are advised to carry personal travel insurance.
7. Photography & Media
Strangers Ride may photograph or video trips for social media and promotional use. By participating, you consent to your image being used in this context. Notify us in writing before the trip if you prefer not to be photographed.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu.
